ABOUT ME
I am a Registered Nurse and licensed Couples and Family Therapist and Psychotherapist in the province of Quebec. I have a PhD in Nursing and received a Master of Science (Applied) in Couples and Family Psychotherapy at McGill University. I currently work as the Director of Education and Knowledge Exchange, for the Montreal Institute for Palliative Care and do co-therapy with couples and families with SENCE Psychotherapy where I am a partner. In addition, I have my own private practice and work at the Jewish General Hospital as a specialist in clinical activities. At the hospital, my role is providing mental health services to couples, children, adolescents, and their families in the context of family therapy.
I have worked with the Psychosocial Oncology Program at the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC), working with patients and families dealing with illness, life transitions, family trauma, loss and grief, role changes, distress, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I worked in the Jewish General Hospital as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in medicine and oncology. I also worked as a consultant for the Ometz counselling department working with children, adolescents, couples, and families.
I am an accredited couple and family therapist with the Ordre des Travailleurs Sociaux et Thérapeutes Conjugaux et Familiaux du Quebec (OTSTCFQ). I am also an accredited psychotherapist with a psychotherapy permit from the Ordre des Psychologues du Quebec (OPQ).

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES AND WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Accepted payment methods include cash or money transfer prior to the session. I will provide a receipt for all fees paid. Kindly contact me to discuss rates.
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
The first assessment is usually 60-minutes long, and subsequent sessions are 50-minutes long.
ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY INSURANCE?
I am an accredited couple and family therapist belonging to the Ordre des Travailleurs Sociales et Therapeutes Conjugales et Familiales du Quebec (OTSTCFQ). I am also an accredited psychotherapist with a psychotherapy permit from the Ordre des Psychologues du Quebec (OPQ). Verify with your insurance company directly to assess if they cover sessions provided by professionals in these orders. Therapy fees are also tax deductable.
